DURMEX 1.5 DP (Chlorpyrifos 1.5% DP) is an insecticide used primarily in paddy (rice) against stem borer, green leaf hopper, brown plant hopper, leaf folder, gall midge and grasshopper, and in Bengal gram (chickpea) against pod borer (Helicoverpa armigera). The published Indian recommendations list a formulation dose of 25 kg/ha and a 7-day waiting period for these approved uses.
